Olivetti EuroComputers is the new trading name for EuroComputers S.p.A., a newly founded company which, on the 13th of May, 1999 took over, on a selective basis, activities, assets and resources of OP Computers, the Italian company involved in the manufacturing, distribution and support business of Personal Computers with the Olivetti brand.
OP Computers, which has now ceased its activities, previously traded under the name of Olivetti Computers Worldwide.

Olivetti EuroComputers is engaged solely in the design, assembly, marketing, sale, distribution and support of stand-alone and networked computers in three main categories: Servers, Desktops and Notebooks.

Olivetti EuroComputers supply Olivetti-branded personal computers in Italy and abroad. The right to use the Olivetti brand has been granted exclusively to EuroComputers S.p.A. by Olivetti S.p.A.

EuroComputers S.p.A. is a company wholly owned by the Management Team, which currently represents the only Shareholder of the Company.

EuroComputers started its activities with a clean, favourable financial and economic situation. It also benefits from a wide-reaching, radical Transformation Program brought forward by the same Management Team which is now controlling the company.
