The table
below allows users to access the EURO symbol from the different
nationalized keyboards.
Windows 95 and Windows
NT users are required to download and install the appropriate patch unless
one of the last updated O. S. version is installed on the System (Service Pack 4
for what concerns Windows NT) which already support the access to the EURO.
Nothing anyway should compromise the functionality of the
system in case the patch is installed on those systems with software already able
to access the EURO.
Regarding Windows 98 all the
commercialized versions should support the access to the EURO and users have nothing to
do.
Last important note: even if the patch
has been installed on the system, nevertheless it is possible that some applications do
not work properly.
