OBJECT: Instruction to use file icu143a.zip and icu143b.zip.

1)Format a 1.44 MB diskette in your own PC with /s option,
to transfer MS DOS (ver.6.2x) to floppy.
2)Copy the *.zip file to the temporary directory on the HDU.
3)Unzip the *.zip file with the appropriate zip program.
4)Copy the structure to the diskette.
5)Boot from the first disk
