Chapter 1
Introduction
The LCS Network Server Subsystem is a high-speed AT-compatible microcomputer using Intel's 80486DX microprocessor and the latest PCXI EISA data bus technology.
The LCS Network Server Subsystem is housed in a slide-in, rack- mount enclosure. Gaining access to the LCS Network Server Subsystem is as simple as opening a drawer.
Cubix's modular plug-in CPU and passive backplane architecture reduce upgrade or replacement time to seconds, not hours.
