| If you are already
working with a Compuware representative,
you will purchase your NetworkVantage
software licenses and WAN/HSSI kits from
him/her. If you are not currently working
with a Compuware representative, a Cubix
representative can assist you in finding
the representative nearest to you.

Cubix has tested
and matched hardware to best meet the
performance needs of NetworkVantage and
packaged the solution as a blade
appliance. Each blade appliance is
complete with hard drive, memory,
operating system and dual Ethernet
controllers. Additional Compuware
certified network interface cards will
also be configured as requested. The
Compuware software is pre-installed on
the drive to minimize the set-up
requirements when you receive the system.

Server Appliance

| The MultiServer
Appliance is purchased directly from
Cubix. The software programs,and WAN/HSSI
kits, though integrated on the appliance
by Cubix, are purchased and licensed
directly from Compuware. To receive a
