Miscellaneous Part Numbers carry limited acceptance/rejection periods! Please be aware!

On occasion, customers request that Cubix source miscellaneous 3^rd party products that the customer designates. The customer requests this be done usually because of brand preference, specific functional requirements, or purchasing convenience. To receive the best warranty, technical support and pricing from the 3^rd party product manufacturer, Cubix encourages its customers to contact the 3^rd party manufacturer directly and source items from the 3^rd party products supplier whenever possible.

However, in the event that Cubix does supply miscellaneous 3^rd party products, those products will carry the part number 999 Miscellaneous Part with a line item description for the part.

Cubix does its utmost to accommodate specific customer requests. However, in these instances where product is sold with a 999 miscellaneous part number, Cubix does not guarantee compatibility or fitness of purpose. These products are sold on an “as is” basis.

It is the customer’s responsibility to verify that the product works within 14 days of shipment from the Cubix factory. If the product does not work to the customer’s satisfaction, it must be returned within 21 days of purchase to Cubix to receive a purchase credit. There may be a restocking fee depending on the policy of the 3^rd party product supplier.

If you specified and ordered a 999 Miscellaneous Part, please be aware that the supplier of that part may or may not accept returns and refunds. Therefore, Cubix encourages its customers to deal directly with 3^rd party suppliers to ensure that they get the best possible direct support.
