1084P and 1084S-P (Philips/NAP) Two separate diagrams include several chassis which are similar in design but have different features. One covers chassis numbers: CM8505/CM8562/CM8705/CM8762, 8CM505/8CM515/8CM542/8CM643. This schematic is listed with file names "ANA&DIG". It is an NTSC model with a 6 pin DIN for analog RGB (used with the Amiga computer), an 8 pin DIN for digital RGBI and RCA jacks for composite video & audio. The other diagram covers chassis numbers: 8CM542/CM8562/CM8762. Although very similar to the above chassis, it features digital-only RGBI and video/audio. The file names for this schematic are "DIG". Variations to these chassis include an alternate TTL RGB interface block, an alternate video to RGB IC, and a stereo audio system (some have mono audio). The manufacturer model numbers are confusing, but basically indicate the stereo amplifier option: "S". The "P" simply indicates Philips or NAP (North American Philips). Two service manuals were produced, one "Model 1084P Monitor, includes 1084P-S schematic" and the other simply as "1084S-P". They are the same.
