Netopia VPN Wizard

This program calculates the parameters required to allow a pair of Netopia R-series routers to talk to each other over an IPSec VPN. We currently support only a narrow configuration: a remote talking to a main office system running NAT through the tunnel. We are pretty sure we can make this more general, but we're looking to do this one step at a time.
